| Our aerobics program offers over 250 classes a week between our five facilities. We have many varieties and intensity levels of step classes as well as kick boxing, yoga, and spinning. All our classes are taught on our dual-suspension wood flooring systems. Just click on our continually updated schedules to view a complete selection of our classes. |

| FREE WEIGHT ROOM |

Our facilities offer a wide range of equipment choices including rubber-coated dumbbells ranging from 3 lbs.up to 100 lbs., in 2 1/2 lb. size increments. We have a full selection of Olympic benches and rubber-coated weight plates, as well as plate-loaded and select pieces from Icarian, Cybex, Strive, Magnum, and Hammer Strength.

| Both Lifefitness and Cybex equipment provide our members with a complete circuit training workout; whether you need just a basic routine or really want to isolate those hard to reach muscles. |

| Having over 120 pieces of cardiovascular equipment between our three facilities, we provide Lifefitness heart-rate-monitored treadmills and bikes, recumbent and upright cycles, Tectrix virtual reality bikes, elliptical machines, Stairmasters, Lifefitness Exertainment bikes, Crossrobics cross-training machines, Concept II rowers, and much more. |

| Our two facilities offer eight air-conditioned newly resurfaced racquetball courts. Open and league play is available. |
