Whether you're a novice or an experienced exerciser, the Rochester Athletic Club has classes that will fit your needs. Our aerobic and spinning class schedule is the largest and most diverse in the area. From Cardio Kick to Step Aerobics to Zumba we have an array of classes to keep your cardio workouts fun and invigorating. Our Pilates and Yoga classes will strengthen and tone your entire body while they lift your spirits. The "Total Body Conditioning, Boot Camp and Ab Lab" classes will challenge and take you beyond what you thought your body could do, and all of our classes are taught by certified, professional instructors who love what they do.
